Club Night – 28 January 2022

We will continue to be review everything as things develop and we will update as appropriate to keep everyone as safe as possible.

1- We will be capping numbers at 30 racers only. This will enable us to closely enforce social distancing and the one way system through the hall.
2 – Anyone who has ANY kind of symptoms, regardless of test results, must NOT attend.
3 – Mask wearing is compulsory and will be strictly enforced.

We think we can all keep safe and ensure we can race at Caldi this week if we all follow the rules laid down by the hall and the BRCA.

We’ve increased numbers to 30 spaces this week, following the review of pitting space, split into heats of 2wd & 4wd respectively. We are still awaiting on the centre clearing some additional space in the back room, which may enable us to accommodate more racers in the future. Unfortunately we cannot permit spectators this week due to restrictions currently in place.

We always aim to give everyone 4 rounds of qualifying and a final BUT to accommodate 6 heats we will be cutting the time between races to 1 minute and we will need everyone’s help to ensure we start racing by 7:30pm and that we have cleared everything away by 11:30pm. If we can’t do this then we may need to reduce numbers again.

Entries close at 11:30pm on 27th January. Do NOT turn up without having successfully entered online. If you cannot make it, please notify us as soon as possible to enable others to take your place.

Remember, you have to have renewed your BRCA membership prior to entering – We will be checking!

At present you can only enter a single class – Please complete all fields completely & accurately, if you do not then your entry may be rejected.

Doors will open at 6pm and we have to vacate the building by 11:30pm
