Race’n’Raise 2022 – Good Friday – 15th April 2022
Marshalling – Your team is responsible for marshalling your car. At all times you should have a team member on track and ready to marshal.
Rules for Endurance
1) Its for fun!
2) Race control will organise teams based on ability worked from practice results.
3) Cars run for 10 minute stints, at the end of 10 minutes drivers and cars are to be swapped over and transponder will be swapped.
4) Personal PT’s to be disconnected, we will provide a handout transponder.
5) Have fun and raise some cash for charity.
Race Control reserves the right to add and subtract laps based on comedy value, bribery is fully supported.

The following applies to everyone racing at club:
1- Anyone who has ANY kind of symptoms, regardless of test results, must NOT attend.
2 – Please do not park in the street, park in the car park only. Please use all the space available in the car park, don’t worry about blocking people in, they’re all in the centre anyway!
3 – Help pack the track down, we’re only asking for a few minutes help to get it all away.
4 – We don’t have bins unfortunately, you will have to take any rubbish back home with you sorry.
Spectators are welcome, but items 1 & 2 above still apply!

For the Race Night only, we will open entries up closer to the day, to give priority to those spending the whole day with us. We always aim to give everyone 4 rounds of qualifying and a final BUT to accommodate 6 heats the time between races will be set to 1 minute and we will need everyone’s help to ensure we start racing by 7:30pm and that we have cleared everything away by 11:30pm. If we can’t do this then we may need to reduce numbers or the amount of racing.
Do NOT turn up without having successfully entered online. If you cannot make it, please notify us as soon as possible to enable others to take your place.
Please see the Caldicot RC Racers Drivers Briefing for details of the event and please note that by booking a space you have agreed to comply with all rules and regulations of the club, the venue and the government guidance. You are welcome to come and spectate, please check the drivers briefing though as similar rules will apply to spectators.
Remember, you have to have valid BRCA membership prior to entering – We will be checking!
At present you can only enter a single class – Please complete all fields completely & accurately, if you do not then your entry may be rejected.
Doors will open at 6pm and we have to vacate the building by 11:30pm
